About us

Firehouse Fitness is located in a historic building that was once home to one of the oldest firehouses in Jersey City. The gym was founded by two friends, Martin Kahn and David Jaros, who shared a passion for fitness and saw a need for a more welcoming and community-focused fitness center.

They wanted to create a place where feedback is encouraged and the latest fitness equipment is available to help everyone succeed in their fitness journey. Firehouse Fitness strives to be a place where encouragement, community, and passion for a healthy lifestyle matter.

With our experienced instructor, you’ll be guided through challenging exercises that improve both cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength.
